Built in the late 19th century is an assembly of the imperial road between Lessingstraße and Eickener street in a likewise intact assembly of historicism .

The three-storey four-window residential building contains an attic that has been developed as a mezzanine floor . The floors are separated by horizontally arranged cornices .
