architecture
The building erected in 1901 forms the north-western corner development at the intersection of Kaiserstrasse and Bismarckstrasse and the final building on the north side of Kaiserstrasse. Together with Regentenstrasse, Kaiserstrasse was a connecting road between the old town centers of Mönchengladbach and Eickens .
It is an eaves-standing , four- story , multi-axis commercial building with a gable roof .
