Broken cocoa beans

When cocoa beans break is called both damaged cocoa beans and crushed cocoa beans for the production of cocoa mass . In the past, the process of crushing was also called this. Depending on the use, cocoa nibs are also referred to as such when using cocoa beans without cocoa shell and cocoa skins .
