Veal steak Adlon
Veal steak Adlon is a dish that was created in the local kitchen during the heyday of the Hotel Adlon between 1907 and the end of the Second World War .
To prepare a will Veal steak fried and then with scrambled eggs and slices of in butter roasted veal kidneys covered. A light Madeira sauce and straw potatoes are served with it.
