The Kaltenbachteiche are a group of seven larger and several smaller artificial lakes along the course of the Kaltenbach in the Rosenheimer Stammbeckenmooren . They were created for fish farming.
Some of the ponds are located in the Fauna-Flora-Habitat (FFH) Auer Weidmoos with Kalten and Kaltenaue .
