Kammarratt

In Sweden, a Kammarrätt is the appellate court of administrative jurisdiction and the first instance for complaints if, in exceptional cases, the disclosure of information or documents is refused by an authority in accordance with the principle of public disclosure .

Since 1977 there have been four administrative appeals courts, which sit in Stockholm , Gothenburg , Sundsvall and Jönköping . Appeals against decisions of the Kammarrat are given to the Regeringsrätten .
