Kamoke (Panjabi: کامونکى, Urdu: کامونکے) is a city of district Gujranwala in the province of Punjab in Pakistan . It is located on Grand Trunk Road , 13 miles from Gujranwala and 27 miles from Lahore .

The city of Kamoke was settled in the Akbar era. It has been the capital of Tehsil Kamoke since 1992.

economy
Kamoke is known for its rice, which is grown in the area. Kamoke is also the largest rice market on the subcontinent, offering almost all types of rice including Basmati, Super Basmati, Karnal, etc. are grown, processed and exported all over the world.
