Kanał Marksobski

The Kanał Marksobski ( German  Marksobski Canal ) is a narrow canal around 5 km in length in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in Poland in historic East Prussia . At its western end is Lake Wałpusz (Waldpusch) and at the eastern end is Lake Marksobsky .

The canal was created in the course of draining and draining the land before 1945 and has correspondingly many smaller tributaries. Since the two connected lakes have different water levels, the canal is regulated with weirs . The canal has hardly any meaning and is more or less silted up.
