description

The Racine Motor Vehicle Company manufactured these vehicles and sold them as Kane-Pennington . The construction time was from 1895 to 1896.

At least one vehicle was bodied as an open two-seater Victoria or roadster . There were also versions as Vis-à-vis , four people could sit facing in. One variant had a motorcycle saddle at the rear for an additional passenger. A drawing from 1946 shows such a vehicle with a somewhat more comfortable emergency seat at the rear.

The base formed two bicycle frame type Damenrad . In between was a platform. Two small motors in the rear were coupled together and drove the rear axle.

Another source mentions a four-cylinder engine with 4 hp .

Overall, depending on the source, a few vehicles or probably only two or three were built.
