The Italian group Kano was originally founded in 1980 by Luciano Ninzatti, Stefano Pulga and Matteo Bonsanto and had a few minor disco hits, including I'm Ready . Their hit It's a War made disco history in 1980, especially since this song was directed against the Third World War , which was then thought to be possible .
