The Kapisanan ng Industriya ng Plaka ng Pilipinas ( filipo for, Philippine Association of the Record Industry), short PARI , is an inter-professional organization representing the interests of the Philippine music industry represents. The association was founded on February 10, 1972. The association's tasks are to represent music rights and award awards for music albums , singles and video albums . In addition, PARI organizes the annual presentation of the Awit Awards and the Philippine International Songwriting Competition .
