Karim Serrar

Karim Serrar (* in Paris ) is a German manager, financial analyst and publicist with a special focus on the areas of IPO , biotechnology and private equity .

From March 1999 to February 2001 and from May 2002 to October 2002 he was editor-in-chief of GoingPublic Magazin , a stock market magazine that at the time was specialized in new issues. In addition, from 2001 to September 2005 he was editor-in-chief of VentureCapital magazine , which he was the initiator.

Serrar u. a. as sole director of S&R Biogas Energiesysteme AG, as director of GoingPublic Media AG and as strategic advisor of Europe Unlimited SA

In addition to his work as a journalist and later as a consultant, he has published two specialist books on the Neuer Markt and crowdfunding .
