Karl-Heinz Diemand

Karl-Heinz Diemand (born November 5, 1954 in Ötigheim ) is a former German football player .

Diemand started in the B-youth of the Karlsruher SC and became a youth selection player; from 1973 to 1975 he completed 20 games for the club's professional squad, in which he scored three goals. From 1975 the offensive midfielder played for Offenburger FV and from July 1979 to December 1980 for Rot-Weiss Essen with 39 second division appearances and a relegation game (against his old club Karlsruhe) with a total of seven goals. After an Achilles tendon ruptured, Diemand was forced to retire at the age of 27 and became an insurance agent.
