The Karl-Marx-Straße 14 building is a listed residential and commercial building in the town of Thale in Saxony-Anhalt .

The residential and commercial building is located on the south side of Karl-Marx-Straße in the center of Thale.

Architecture and history

The representative four-story, plastered building in Art Nouveau forms was erected around 1905. The facade is decorated with floral and abstract ornaments, which are strictly based on the facade tectonics. In the middle of the building there is a half-timbered bay window crowned with a gable in front of the second and third floors .

In the local register of monuments , the building is recorded as a residential and commercial building under registration number 094 45284.
