The house is located on the south side of Karl-Marx-Straße in the center of Thale. About west of the building, Karl-Marx-Strasse joins Bahnhofstrasse.

Architecture and history

The residential building, reminiscent of a villa , was built around 1900/1910. The facade of the two-storey house is simple and strict and, due to the corner location, is oriented on two sides. There is a figure niche on the mezzanine floor facing Karl-Marx-Straße.

The building is listed as a residential building under registration number 094 45283 in the local monument register.
