Karl Heinrich Wüthrich
Karl Heinrich Wüthrich (born March 15, 1953 ) is a Swiss lawyer . He is lic. iur. from the University of Zurich and attorney at Wenger Plattner , one of the leading Swiss commercial law firms.
His specialty is debt collection and bankruptcy law (SchKG). In this context, Wüthrich became known nationwide as the trustee and liquidator of Swissair , having previously worked on prominent cases such as the bankruptcy of Biber Holding AG or that of Werner K. Rey . He is one of the co-authors of the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 updated practical guide for entrepreneurs, CEOs, supervisory and administrative boards, stakeholders and shareholders , title: Supervisory and administrative board , published by WEKA-Verlag Zurich, editor in charge and main author is Frank Henkel, Zurich 2003. Wüthrich wrote his chapter from the perspective of the administrator of the estate and bankruptcy .
