Karl W. Bümming
Karl W. Bümming , also Carl, (* 1899 ; † 1963 ) was a German antiquarian and art dealer .
Karl Bümming ran an antiquarian and antique shop in Darmstadt . He was the main representative of the Lucerne dealer Theodor Fischer (Galerie Fischer) for Germany and an important figure in the procurement of works of art from Nazi Germany to Switzerland. For example, he worked with Walter Andreas Hofer or with Friedrich Wolffhardt on building the “ Führerbibliothek ” as part of the Linz special order .
