Karl Wernhart

Karl Wernhart (born April 21, 1879 in Velm-Götzendorf ; † April 25, 1944 there ) was an Austrian politician and businessman. From 1934 to 1938 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Karl Wernhart worked as a merchant in Dürnkrut and was the president of the regional association of trade bodies. He was a member of the state parliament between November 22, 1934 and March 12, 1938 during Austro-Fascism . Wernhart was a representative for trade and transport, he lost his mandate like all members of the state parliament after the National Socialists came to power and the state parliaments were dissolved.
