Little Karl Adler

The cartoon eagle figure Karlchen Adler is the sympathetic figure of the German Bundestag for children. The target group are children between the ages of seven and eleven. The figure is developed and drawn by the Berlin illustrator Detlef Surrey .

Origins

The comic children's eagle Karlchen Adler appeared for the first time in 2007 in the self-portrayal brochure We have rights of the children's commission of the German Bundestag .

With Karlchen Adler and friends Kalle and Karla , the German Bundestag has published two informative comic stories, as well as posters and information materials:

Comic stories

The comic stories are aimed at children of primary school age. All of the characters in the stories are eagles.
