Karlsruhe scheme

The Karlsruhe scheme is an evaluation scheme for the quality of food proposed by Rudolf Plank in 1943 .

Various sensory criteria are recorded on a scale from one to nine, which helps to objectively assess the quality of food. Be evaluated appearance , smell , texture and color .
