Karre (f., Die ) or Karren (m., Der ; from Latin carrus  m. 'Wagen, Karre (n)') refers to simple means of transport running on wheels , mostly uniaxial :

The expression can also be found as a derogatory expression for a motor vehicle . Accordingly, the verb karren is generally used in the sense of 'laboriously transporting'.
