Cartel of German and Austrian cycling and motorist associations

The Cartel of German and Austrian Cyclists and Motorists 'Associations (DOeK) was founded in Koburg in 1898 as a cartel of German and Austrian cyclists' associations . In 1903 the name of the cartel was expanded to include motorists.

The 7th delegates' day took place in Leipzig in 1904 . In 1905 the delegates met again in Coburg .
