The Darn Witch (original title: La Bruixa Avorrida) is a Spanish cartoon series that was produced between 1998 and 1999 .

The damned witch is very different from her old relatives. Her magic broom, for example, has a jet drive with which she travels through the air, and she does not leave the house without a cell phone. Together with her friends, she experiences many adventures on her travels through various places.

Production and publication

The series was produced in Spain between 1998 and 1999. This resulted in 52 episodes. The German premiere took place on 4 September 2000 KI.KA instead. Further broadcasts in German-speaking countries took place on Das Erste , NDR , Hr-fernsehen and ORF eins .
