Katarina Madovčik (born November 18, 1952 in Skalica , Slovakia ) is a Swiss writer and publisher.

Life

Katarina Madovčik studied German, Nordic, Slavonic, psychology and sociology. She was promoted to Dr. phil. doctorates and published scientific articles on fairy tales and psychology as well as the criminal in fairy tales. Today she lives in Zurich and works as an author, publisher and psychologist.

In 2000, KaMeRu Verlag, which she founded, published her first detective novel entitled The 25th Hour - a Russian crime novel - which she wrote with Ruben Mullis and which was translated into English. This was followed by the bilingual book of fairy tales Bolo raz ... Once upon a time ... (Slovak and German). Since 2013 she has been publishing crime novels under the pseudonym CK Miller together with the Swiss writer Christina Casanova .
