Katja Centomo
Katja Centomo (born January 23, 1971 in Aosta ) is an Italian writer , cartoonist and entrepreneur . She runs the animation studio Red Whale, with which she does graphic work for publishers and media companies such as Panini and Disney .
Katja Centomo became particularly well-known with the comic series Monster Allergy , which she co-developed in 2003 and which was released shortly afterwards as a video game and as a television series. Other comics she has created are Lys (8 volumes), which deal with ecological issues, and Cooking Time.
In 2004 Monster Allergy received the Micheluzzi Award for the best Italian comic series.
