Katja Kerschgens

Katja Kerschgens (born November 29, 1969 in Cologne ) is a German rhetoric and quick-witted trainer.

Life

Kerschgens completed a master's degree in German studies with minor subjects in linguistics and phonetics at the University of Cologne . She worked full-time and part-time as a press officer at the Carl-Duisberg-Gesellschaft , from 1993 to 2001 as an editor at Sticks and from 2000 to 2009 for the specialist media magazine “Medien Bulletin”. In 2001 she started her own business with the communication service KKKom . In 2005 she acquired a trainer license from the rhetoric and quick-wittedness trainer Matthias Pöhm . Since 2006 she has been a partner in the company hummelhavn GbR .

Kerschgens offers seminars and coaching mainly on the topics of rhetoric and quick-wittedness. With her book “Talking instead of punishing listeners”, she wants to establish her own name as “The Speech Tightener”.

Kerschgens is politically and voluntarily engaged as a member of the Adenau municipal council and the Ahrweiler district council and as a board member of the my badenova eV development association. She lives in the Hocheifel.
