Katsuya Onizuka
Katsuya Onizuka ( Jap. 鬼塚勝也 , Onizuka Katsuya * 12. March 1970 in Kitakyushu , Japan ) is a former Japanese boxer in the super flyweight .
Professional career
In 1988 he successfully started his professional career. On April 10, 1992 he boxed against Thanomsak Sithbaobay for the world championship title of the association WBA and won by a unanimous decision of the judges. He defended this title five times in a row and lost it in September 1994 to Hyung-Chul Lee by knockout.
After this defeat, which was his only one, he ended his career.
