KazEOSat-1 (also DZZ-HR ) is a Kazakh earth observation satellite .

It was on April 29, 2014 1:35:15 AM UTC with a Vega - launcher from the Guiana Space Center in a Sun-synchronous brought orbit and 55 minutes and 29 seconds after the start of the rocket separated.

The three-axis stabilized satellite is equipped with high-resolution cameras with a resolution of one meter and a swath width of 20 km and is intended to provide images for mapping, monitoring natural and agricultural resources and support for search and rescue operations in the event of natural disasters. It was developed by Airbus Defense and Space based on the Astrobus - satellite bus built and has a design life of 7.25 years.
