Kazmortransflot ( Russian Казмортрансфлот ) is a state-owned Kazakh company based in Aktau . The company's task is to set up and develop a national merchant fleet.

Kazmortransflot includes the two subsidiaries Kazmortransflot Ltd. and LLP Ship Repair Plant of Mangistau region.

The company's main activities are oil transportation , dry cargo transportation and other related services.

In April 2009 Kazmortransflot ordered three tankers from the Russian Krasnoye Sormovo shipyard in Nizhny Novgorod , which were delivered between September 2009 and May 2010.
