The rotor, which consists of three rotor blades, has a speed of 5 to 11 min −1 , a diameter of 82 m and a mass of 50 t. The power control is implemented with a rotor blade adjustment .

The average annual working capacity is approx. 4  GWh .

history

Structure of the plant

The plant operated by Bavaria Windkraft GmbH was built in the course of 2009 and put into operation at the end of the year. It cost around three million euros.

criticism

In 2008, a couple from Burgmannshofen filed a lawsuit against the wind power plant with the Munich Administrative Court . On May 20, 2009, two lawsuits relating to the wind power plant were dismissed by the first chamber of the Munich Administrative Court.

A couple from Burgmannshofen wrote to the then Prime Minister Horst Seehofer in early 2009 . The immissions are harmful to health. The Bavarian Ministry of the Environment cannot understand this as the volume is around 40  dB . 45 dB is allowed at night. The results of measurements by an independent expert were of no use.

The Munich Higher Regional Court confirmed in 2012 that the wind turbine generates impulsive noises. It requested the operator to switch off or reduce the hammering noise.
