The Munich Administrative Court has its seat in Munich . The administrative district of Upper Bavaria forms the local jurisdiction of the court. In addition, the Munich Administrative Court is responsible for employee representation matters in the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria and Swabia as well as for disciplinary law in the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria and Swabia.
