Labor Court of Munich

The Munich Labor Court is a labor court and one of eleven labor courts in the Free State of Bavaria .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Munich . It is responsible for the district court districts of Dachau , Ebersberg , Erding , Freising , Fürstenfeldbruck , Landsberg / Lech , Miesbach , Munich , Starnberg and Wolfratshausen . It maintains external chambers in Ingolstadt (district court districts Ingolstadt , Pfaffenhofen / Ilm and Neuburg / Donau ) and Weilheim (district court districts Weilheim and Garmisch-Partenkirchen ). There are also court days in Freising , Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Holzkirchen .

Courthouse

The court has been located at Winzererstraße 106, 80797 Munich , since the beginning of May 2014 (in the same building as the regional labor court).
