The Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich was founded in 1946 and is the largest administrative court in Bavaria. 92 judges work in 32 chambers .

Seat and jurisdiction

The Munich Administrative Court has its seat in Munich . The administrative district of Upper Bavaria forms the local jurisdiction of the court. In addition, the Munich Administrative Court is responsible for employee representation matters in the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria and Swabia as well as for disciplinary law in the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria and Swabia.

The Munich Administrative Court is located in Ludwigsvorstadt : Bayerstraße 30, 80335 Munich. In the building there is a branch of the government of Upper Bavaria (subject area Z 3: representation in court, representatives of the public interest)
