Bayreuth Social Court

The Social Court Bayreuth is a court of the Bavarian Social Jurisdiction . It consists of 18 chambers.

Seat and District of the Court

The Social Court Bayreuth is responsible for the administrative district of Upper Franconia with the districts of Forchheim district , the district court , district Kronach , County Kulmbach , County Lichtenfels , Wunsiedel i. Fichtelgebirge as well as with the independent cities B amberg , Bayreuth, Coburg and Hof (Saale) .

Jurisdiction

The Bayreuth Social Court is the first instance responsible for the proceedings in its district . According to the agreement on social security between the Federal Republic of Germany and Turkey , the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Oberfranken and Mittelfranken is the liaison office. All disputes arising from this agreement fall as a special jurisdiction within the jurisdiction of the Bayreuth Social Court.
