Regional Labor Court of Munich

The Munich Regional Labor Court is one of two regional labor courts (LAG) in the Free State of Bavaria , along with the Nuremberg Regional Labor Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Munich . As a court of appeal and appeal, it is responsible for the labor courts of Augsburg , Kempten , Munich , Passau , Regensburg and Rosenheim .

Courthouse

The court has been located at Winzererstraße 106, 80797 Munich , since the beginning of May 2014 ; previously it was at Winzererstrasse 104, in the same building as the Munich Labor Court.

The President of the LAG is Harald Wanhöfer. In January 2010, eleven chambers were formed. Allocation of litigation occurs after receipt of the appeal. Specialist chambers do not exist.

The court of appeal for the Munich Regional Labor Court is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .
