The Saxon State Labor Court is the State Labor Court (LAG) of the Free State of Saxony .

Seat and District of the Court

The Saxon State Labor Court has its seat in Chemnitz . It is a court of appeal and appeal for the labor courts of Bautzen , Chemnitz , Dresden , Leipzig and Zwickau . The courthouse is located at Zwickauer Strasse 54.

Michael Gockel (* 1955) has been President of the State Labor Court since February 1, 2006 . He took over the office from Volker von Bergen (* 1941), who had headed the court since July 1993. In January 2008, 9 chambers were formed at the Saxon State Labor Court.
