Zwickau Labor Court

The Zwickau Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the five labor courts in Saxony .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Zwickau in the building Äußere Dresdner Straße 15 .

The Zwickau Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the Zwickau and Vogtland districts. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Labor Court of Zwickau is superordinated to the Saxon State Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court.

There were no separate labor courts in the GDR . Labor law proceedings were negotiated by the conflict commissions and the district and district courts. After reunification , the state of Saxony was re-established. On June 12, 1992, the Saxon State Parliament passed the Saxon Court Organization Act to repeal the district and district courts and to set up labor courts, including the Zwickau labor court. The Zwickau labor court was responsible for the districts of Aue, Auerbach, Glauchau, Klingenthal, Oelsnitz, Plauen, Reichenbach, Schwarzenberg, Werdau and Zwickau as well as for the independent cities of Plauen and Zwickau.
