The Lower Saxony State Labor Court is the highest labor court in Lower Saxony . It is located in the Specialized Court Center on Leonhardtstrasse in Hanover.

The court has its seat in Hanover . As a court of appeal and appeal, it is responsible for all labor courts in Lower Saxony. Its judicial district thus includes the entire state of Lower Saxony.

The President of the LAG is Wilhelm Mestwerdt. In 2008, 17 chambers were formed. Appeals and complaints against decisions of the following labor courts are allocated in advance as follows:
