Labor Court Emden

The Emden Labor Court is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and is based in Emden . It is responsible for labor disputes in the independent city of Emden and in the districts of Aurich and Leer .

Around 1500 lawsuits are filed annually.

Instance move

The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superior to the Emden Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .

Courthouse

The labor court is housed in a building on Schweckendieckplatz near the old inland port.
