Hamelin Labor Court

The Hameln Labor Court is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and has its seat in Hameln . It is responsible for labor disputes in the districts of Hameln-Pyrmont and Schaumburg .

Around 1500 lawsuits are filed annually.

Instance move

The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court , based in Hanover, is superordinate to the Hameln Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .

Courthouse

The labor court has been housed together with the Hameln District Court in a building on Zehnthof street in downtown Hameln since 2008 .
