Labor Court of Celle

The labor court in Celle is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and has its seat in Celle . It is responsible for labor disputes in the districts of Celle and Heidekreis .

Between 1000 and 1500 lawsuits are filed annually.

The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court , based in Hanover, is superordinate to the Celle Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .

Courthouse

The labor court is housed together with the calibration office in Celle and the state school authority in a building in the street Im Werder on the site of the former Cambridge-Dragoon barracks .
