Hildesheim Labor Court

The Hildesheim Labor Court is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and is based in Hildesheim . It is responsible for labor disputes in the districts of Hildesheim and Holzminden .

Around 1500 lawsuits are filed annually.

Instance move

The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superordinate to the Hildesheim Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .

Courthouse

The court is housed in a building on Kreuzstrasse .
