Labor Court Oldenburg
The Oldenburg Labor Court is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and is based in Oldenburg . It is responsible for labor disputes in the independent cities of Oldenburg and Delmenhorst as well as in the districts of Ammerland , Cloppenburg , Oldenburg , Vechta and Wesermarsch .
Around 4,000 lawsuits are filed each year.
Instance move
The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superordinate to the Oldenburg Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .
