Labor Court Lingen

The Lingen labor court is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and is based in Lingen . It is responsible for labor disputes in the districts of Emsland and Grafschaft Bentheim .

Around 2000 lawsuits are filed each year.

Instance move

The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superordinate to the Lingen Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .

The court is housed in a building on Am Wall Süd .
