Verden Labor Court

Verden Labor Court

The labor court in Verden is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony and has its seat in Verden (Aller) . It is responsible for labor disputes in the districts of Osterholz , Rotenburg (Wümme) and Verden .

Around 1500 lawsuits are filed annually.

Instance move

The Lower Saxony State Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superordinate to the court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .

Courthouse

The court is housed in a building on Bürgermeister-Münchmeyer-Strasse .
