Labor Court Stade
The Stade Labor Court is one of 15 labor courts in Lower Saxony . It is responsible for labor disputes in the districts of Cuxhaven and Stade .
Around 1200 lawsuits are filed annually.
Instance move
The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superordinate to the Stade Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .
history
The labor court was set up in 1947 in two rooms on the fish market in Stade . The meetings were held either in the corner building at Gartenstrasse / Bleichergang or in the town hall. In 1949, the Labor Court moved into the North German court in Wood Street. In 1955 the company moved to Bungenstrasse. Since 1967 the labor court has been housed in a new building on Ritterstrasse am Sand .
