The Labor Court Lueneburg is a court of the labor courts . It is one of 15 labor courts in the state of Lower Saxony .

Around 2000 lawsuits are filed each year.

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg .

The judicial district comprises the districts of Harburg , Lüchow-Dannenberg , Lüneburg and Uelzen .

Courthouse

The court is located in the East Authority Center at Adolph-Kolping-Straße 2 . The social court and the administrative court of Lüneburg are nearby .

Superior courts

The Lower Saxony Regional Labor Court with its seat in Hanover is superordinate to the Lüneburg Labor Court. The next instance is the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .
