Social Court Lüneburg
The Social Court Lueneburg is a court of social justice . It is one of eight social courts in the state of Lower Saxony . The head of the agency is the director of the Social Court Mike Witt.
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg .
The judicial district includes the districts of Celle , Harburg , Heidekreis , Lüchow-Dannenberg , Lüneburg and Uelzen .
Courthouse
In the past, the court was housed in a building on Lessingstrasse . Since November 15, 2010, the court has been located in the Adolph-Kolping-Straße administrative center, which also houses the Lüneburg Labor Court and the Administrative Court .
Superior courts
The State Social Court of Lower Saxony-Bremen with its seat in Celle is superordinate to the Social Court of Lüneburg . This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
