The social court Aurich is a court of social justice . It is one of eight social courts in Lower Saxony and has its seat in Aurich . Wilhelm Frank is the director of the court.

The court is housed in a building on Hoher Wall Street.

Superior courts

The State Social Court of Lower Saxony-Bremen , based in Celle, is superordinate to the Aurich Social Court. This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
