Stade Social Court

The Social Court Stade is a court of social justice . It is one of eight social courts in Lower Saxony and is based in Stade . The head of the authority is the director of the Social Court Guido Clostermann.

The court is housed together with the Stade Administrative Court in a building on Am Sande .

Superior courts

The State Social Court of Lower Saxony-Bremen , based in Celle, is superordinate to the Stade Social Court. This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
